Right of reply

This project represents each company's position fairly. Every case includes a steelman that puts the strongest version of the defence before it is tested. But fairness does not end at publication.

The standing offer

Every company named is invited to submit a response for publication on this page. The response is published as sent, in full. Where a company shows that a fact is wrong, the correction is made here and carried into the next edition of the book.

• /Responses are published verbatim, not edited for tone.
• /Substantive factual corrections update the case file and the book.
• /Where a company chose not to respond, that is noted, without editorialising.

How to respond

Write to hello@spspyrou.com with the case, the specific passage, and your response or the correction you are seeking. Include a contact for verification. Legal representatives are welcome to write on a company's behalf.

Published responses and corrections

The case files report on matters of public record. Claims in live proceedings are allegations unless resolved by a court. See the evidence framework.
